Excellent!
Great communicator. Relaxed, attentive, relatable, knowledgeable. Had my first appointment today and am looking forward to having a longstanding relationship with Dr. Shah. Really, really pleased.

Dr. Shah has been my doctor for over a year. He is both knowledgeable and able to explain things to me so I can understand. My health has improved because he takes time to listen. His staff is also excellent. I recommend Dr. Shah highly.

He was on time for our appointments and I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all. I felt like he listened to my questions and came up with an appropriate course of action. He was very easy to talk to and has a pleasant personality. I would recommend.

Appropriate treatment plans
I have been seeing Dr Shah for 6 months - multiple visits for multiple health issues. He has been timely, very professional, a great listener and sincerely compassionate. I have also found his treatment plan to be logical and appropriate. I am very pleased with this PCP.

Great Doctor and Staff!
Not sure why this doctor does not have a lot of great ratings here, but he is a good PCP and is a great quarterback with my specialists! That is all you need and want. His nurse it top notch, and they refill my prescriptions on time and let me know if my specialists are doing a good job and do everything that a PCP should do. I have nothing but respect for this doctor and his staff. Thank you for being there when we need you!

Zero empathy
Had my first and last appointment with this doctor a few months ago. He's never seen me before, but he spent the time not listening to anything I said and raising his voice (not yelling, but getting loud) to tell me how frustrated HE is that I'm not taking better care of myself. He literally made me feel like a worthless human being. I will never set foot in that office again.

I found Shah is very inexperienced in how to run an office and, treats patients very unprofessionally. The office manager (Misty) leads him around by the nose which results in the other office staff's behavior of impropriety. This doctor and office is a waste of time.
