I can't even begin to put into words what a rare find Dr. Jacobs truly is! As someone who has an over-active White Coat Syndrome, I know that all will be well in the hands of Dr. Jacobs. Whether it is a simple well-woman exam, or a uterine biopsy, Dr. Jacobs' bedside manner will put you instantly at ease. He chats throughout the procedure, either to distract you or to let you know exactly what is happening. Either method works to help you relax. In addition to Dr. Jacobs, the whole office is a pleasure to deal with--the front desk is kind and welcoming, the billing department is kind and helpful, and the phlebotomists...oh the phlebotomists....they are amazing and have the lightest touch ever. I honestly do not have a negative thing to say.

Dr Jacobs was great in my younger years. However, once perimenopause hit I believe I got very inadequate care. Persistent debilitating hot flashes, crippling vulvar and vaginal irritation, sleepless night, hot flashes, pain with intercourse, and mood changes were not addressed at all for years. It wasn’t until I saw an NP in his office that I was given estrogen cream - but without even adequate instructions on use. After 10 years of major issues I finally changed doctors and was started in HRT. Dr Jacobs never addressed my symptoms and never discussed HRT with me at all. I found him personable and I trusted him - which lead to lengthy suffering on my part. He needs to do better in caring for menopausal women.

I have been seeing Dr Jacobs for the past 13 years. To call him an excellent doctor is an understatement. He's a rare gem! Dr Jacobs is extremely smart and competent, honest, respectful, empathetic and genuinely cares about his patients. He's always abreast with new developments in his field. I trust him as a health provider and know I can always rely on his guidance to make health decisions which are best for me. I hope he never retires. A rare gem indeed!

Dr. Jacobs is the most knowledgeable and caring Doctor I have ever had!!!!!! I have been going to him for over 25 years and hope it will be another 25 years!!!! I am from a family of doctors and love them more than ever, but he is just over the top!!!!!!!!! He is caring, gentle and just overall a joy to be around. Who likes to go to the Gynecologist??? ME!! As long as it's to see Dr. Jacobs!! The best of the best!!!!!!!!!

Dr Jacobs is a friendly, respectful, and attentive physician who will never rush through an appointment. He never questioned me when I said I wanted a tubal ligation to remain childfree, something many other doctors never took seriously. Definitely one of the best doctors I've ever been a patient of.

I was having issues and Dr. Jacbobs was very calm and didn’t alarm me. He said many women were having issues right now because of stress levels. He had me come in several times of the past couple of months until my issue was resolved. He was always reassuring and would answer any questions I had or my husband would ask.
