Nope! He has the personality of a bag of potatoes. No bedside manner. He is dismissive and acts like he could care less what brings you into his office. Going elsewhere.

I'd say awful; however, I didn't die ... yet. I was referred to him March 2019 due to over a year of sinus infections that would respond to antibiotics but would return upon completion of medication. My first appointment wasn't too bad but I found him to be somewhat dismissive of my other health issue. I was referred to his main office for an MRI which found a "mass". Surgery was indicated and recommended. That happened at a Bryan Surgery center. I wasn't impressed with my treatment there. Dr. Kuppersmith was again dismissive to me and didn't even speak with my family following the precedure. The center called him upon request and he said he "forgot" in his rush to leave. I was not provided adequate discharge instructions resulting in several hours of scary, excessive bleeding. Post op appointment was a nightmare. Painful and upsetting. It's been 18 months since my procedure and I still have the infection I went to have treated. On paper he looks good but in person, no.

No bed side manner what so ever! We had to wait over 45 mins past our appointment to see him, I understand people run behind but that is unacceptable, if your office overbooked that is not my issue!! We were referred to him for a tonsillectomy for my 8 yr old, this Dr. spent less that 5 mins in our room and never once discussed the procedure. Just told us to call his office and they would tell me, YOU'RE THE ONE DOING THE DAMN THING, YOU TELL ME!!!! And just the icing on the cake he LEFT the office at the end of the day before we could even get out of the office, we were talking to his assistant who was giving us paperwork for the procedure and he just walked right past us with out saying a word and left! RUDE

Dr. Kuppersmith figured I had arthritis in my jaw and when I asked him to look at my left ear it had gotten hurt the day before I saw him and had a knot protruding in the outside of of my ear didnt even look at it and just told me to put heat on it. Then I needed a hearing test. So the person that did my test said she would be changing the tones of her voice. Well the first 10 words she spoke her tone changed and one word she said I couldn't make out but I saw her face move so I know she said something. the last 10 words she said for each ear she never changed her tone and I was just repeating what she was saying. Then she said were done and I had good hearing. Doctor said my hearing was good. Needless to say. That was a waste if my time and money and I still cant hear I have to have people face me when they speak and tv well it's still blaring

Had sinus problems due to a deviated septum. Went on three different antibiotics and a course of steroids to try and clear up the infection but nothing worked. I waited until the end of school and underwent septoplasty, reduction of turbinates, and sinus rinsing. Within a week of surgery I was feeling loads better and haven't had any sinus infections since. Would highly recommend Dr. Kuppersmith.
