Dr. Ronald McGaugh, MD

I've been going to Dr. McGaugh for over twelve years now. He is very personable and builds a relationship with you. While over the years I've had issues with some of his front staff, I understand they're placed from the medical group he works with an not himself. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach that Dr McGaugh has with patients and how he is efficient but personable with his time. Its rare to be able to build such a long term relationship with your PCP like I have be able to with Dr. Ron.

Repeated mistakes with things as small as where to send prescriptions, lied about prices, sent me incorrect bills that took calling twice a week for 2 months to get someone to respond.McGaugh also wouldn't wear a mask during covid. He told me that a specialist should handle my prescriptions instead of him after years of no issues, then 1 week after prescribed the same family of medicine to a family member.

Dr. McGaugh is an excellent doctor who cares for his patients. He is informative and makes you feel heard.

Extremely unprofessional doctor and rude staff.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dr. McGaugh was always super helpful and very generous with his time and patient charges. His staff is top notch! I miss him greatly now that we moved out of state.

He is always considerate, he does a great job.

Dr McGaugh listens and is open minded. While being very personable, McGaugh listens to and we actively discuss the variety of symptoms and conditions that could be to blame. His staff and the labs tech (blood tech) do a fantastic job every time I am there.

I will not be returning to DrMcGaughs office. The doctor is fine. Unfortunately, his front office is incompetent to a point that is intolerable. When I attempted to speak with the Dr about this I was told that “the doctor does not speak on the phone to patients”. The office actually canceled an appointment I had made without my knowledge and then told me it wasn’t the “right kind of appointment “ Long story- good luck

Dr. McGaugh has been taking care of me for almost 10 years. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, personable, listens well, asks clarifying questions and always responds and follows through. Wish all docs had the same care and attentiveness as he does.

Best doctor ever! Nothing else needs to be said. Highest recommendation!

DrMcGaugh is very laid back an easy to talk with about health concerns. But, don’t let the fact that he’s laid back fool you. He is on top of his game. I’m glad I found Dr. McGaugh. His office staff is top notch too.

I believe objective and responsible reviews are essential to businesses to ensure their customer's satisfaction. Doctor McGaugh is, caring and focused in an attempt to listen and understand his patient's issues. At no time was his attention distracted, which I find refreshing and not rushed to meet his next patient. I highly recommend him as a go-to Doc supported by exceptional front office staff and nurses. His availability to conduct TeleHealth services is a true plus.
