Dr. Ronald Richmond, MD

I have been trying to get my mother's help for over a month she is in pain and she needs a acupuncturist referal and they refuse to do it over the phone. Finally they schedule a appointment after my mother has gone to the er twice because they refuse to help her then they call us telling us we have 2 appointments and he need to cancel them. This place can care less about anybody. The insurance said he could do a referal over the phone but they refuse to do it because they want to make sure they get money for the visit. We are changing our pcp.

Dr. Richmond is a great Doctor.

I made an appointment and was able to get In quickly. They squeezed me in to see Dr. Richmond. As soon as I saw him, I had this not so good feeling about him. He just starred at me like as if I’m a low life with not so good insurance but yet was able to put a smile on his face the whole time. I had ear pain so he took a look a both ears and said they both looked fine. I was okay that’s good news, so I thought maybe it was just a migraine that I get from time to time. Then the pain kept coming back so I went for another opinion and went to see my old doc but paid out of pocket. Let me tell you, it was well worth the money. He told me I had a swimmers ear on my right ear and prescribed me special ear drops. Always trust your gut feeling!! Dr. Richmond seems like he will only give you great customer service if you had great insurance.
