Did not feel listened to
I’ve had two experiences with Dr. Ruppert. Both times I felt as though he didn’t listen to what I had to say and was rushing through my appointment. This most recent time, he didn’t listen to what I had to say and ended up misdiagnosing me entirely. I’m now 2 months post appointment and STILL dealing with the issue because of his misdiagnosis. I understand that doctors are human and make mistakes. However, this would have been avoided if he had actually listened to me and examined the issue that I described to him.

I could have fallen on my knees in gratitude to this man. At long last - a doctor without a superior, condescending manner. He really took his time with me and even drew a diagram of what my issue is. God bless him! He really treats the whole person.
