In tears today as billing and treatment plan was not discussed with me at last appt. Walked into desk woman requesting 731 dollars payment when I thought me end of the year insurance would pay for services today. I don't appreciate her attitude or Dr. Lewis sending in tech to tell me that eventually I will "have to pay something out of (my) pocket". If it wasn't for Janelle or maybe Joelle? I would have walked out and never went back. She explained everything to me and said I always have a choice on what work I want/need and get feel pressured to make a decision.

Dr. Sadler is the best! He is very caring, gentle and explains everything, he is very personable. He has a way of putting you at ease. I have had multiple dental procedures done and not once did he hurt me! I used to have terrible dental phobia but since going to Dr. Sadler, no more! His staff is attentive and very pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I am very fortunate to have such an amazing dentist!

I came in for a cleaning and exam. I was especially interested in the exam part because I have been having some pain on my lower right. The hygienist took x-rays of the painful teeth so they’d be quickly accessible by Dr. Sadler when he came in. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and gave me a general idea of how he/we could proceed. It was a quick and easy visit that gave me hope for a fast resolution of my pain. It was a good visit (as usual).
