Very disappointing when someone makes no effort to accommodate a person with a disability. (Especially someone in the medical field). I have a very bad hearing disability and find it very difficult to understand someone in a mask as I need to read lips. I explained this to Dr. Sher and he still made no effort. I told him to make sure my primary Dr. gets his report because I had no idea what he was saying. He rolled his eyes in frustration. I also found him to be a bit "full of himself". On the other hand his office staff and receptionist were excellent.

My husband and I met Dr. Ronald Sher this past week for a Cardiac PET Scan/Stress test. At first he was a bit aloof but that's because I immediately asked for results of the studies. Within 1 hour after taking these tests Dr. Sher called us at home. He was gentle in his communication and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. He encouraged us to come in and discuss our options and gave us an appt the next day. He gave us quality time, he fully explained the procedure.
