Lazy, just looking for $$
Doesn't get scripts out on time, actually bailed on all his patients scripts during Xmas but had them come in the week before to collect his $$ from them. They try to blame the pharmacy but it's a computerized system that he has to initiate for the script to be filled.. has multiple offices to take in the $ using nurse practitioners so he doesn't have to do the work.

Compassionate care
I am treated with care and respect here in the Sebastian office by Dr Stern, Tony the nurse practitioner and all of the staff. Occasionally have to wait a bit but since occasionally I require a little extra time I don't mind. I had a stabbing burning pain in my lumbar area that was greatly improved after a trigger point injection. With their help my pain is generally managed at an acceptable level which has helped me have a better quality of life and my family appreciates it as much as I do.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stern.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stern for more than a year now. He genuinely cares about your pain and how to relieve it. He will review all options with you and together make a decision on what’s best. His office staff are equally as caring. When I come for my visits, it feels like I am visiting members of my extended family! They all know my name, and they’re always very friendly as they do their jobs.

The Best Around
I see Dr Stern in his Melbourne, Fl office-- where scheduling is easy & all the assistants are pleasant & easy to work with. Dr. Stern is very smart and very interested in what problems his patients have & the best way to help/ease their pain. He is very much not happy until you, his patients are ! Easy to talk to & even more important he takes his time & will ask you all the questions he needs to "figure out" how best to help with treatments. I wish I would of found him sooner--BUT--- better late than never!! Kudos, thanks & God Bless Dr. Stern!!!

Was very unhappy with my visit. He treated me like I was nothing but a pill seeker. I felt like he didn't listen to me at all. I don't have health insurance so I had to save for a month in order to go see him, praying he'd help me, he said I need an MRI, I told him I absolutely can not afford that right now, I asked if I can get something (injection, rx) while I'm trying to save enough money for the MRI, he absolutely would not listen to me at all. I was practically in tears and he just pretty much got up and walked out of the room!!!!!!!!

Doctor Stern is very interested in a person's medical history and current health conditions. He takes his time and is very thorough. After first visit with Dr. Stern it is highly recommended that you see his nurse practitioner for follow up app'ts as the "good doctor" has long wait times. Dr. Stern did three nerve blocks for my hand that helped to reduce swelling and get my fingers moving after another Dr. did a CMC Arthroplasty of my thumb, I developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Thanks :)

Maybe dr stern was previously a pediatrician but he now does pain management. I actually haven't seen dr stern because after waiting an hour, I got there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so it was an hour of waiting and 45 minutes past my appt time, I walked out. And funny I was actually told to be there 15 minutes early and do my paper work so I'd be called back for my 11:15 appt, really. Poorly run office, terrible front desk, horrible customer service skills , would never recommend!
