Rude Receptionist: I scheduled an appointment as a new patient and was told they could see me that afternoon. The receptionist was very unprofessional when she realized I was a new patient and told me she would have to reschedule bc they only see new patients in the morning. It was 345 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and there were no other patients in the waiting room for the 30 minutes I waited. I didn’t understand why she was refusing medical service to me. All I needed was an antibiotic for an infection. I called a supervisor and she apologized and got me in. However, the receptionist was very condescending in her speech to complete the paperwork. I am a teacher and am able to read so I did not appreciate the attitude. Afterwards, she along with the nurse and practitioner treated me like I was crazy and kept asking if I was on meds. I’m a very healthy 44 and see the doctor maybe once a year. Now I’m looking for a new doctor bc I will not deal with a disrespectful receptionist.

I've been to several doctor offices in my life, this is the worst. if you have an appointment at 9am you might be seen at 10:30. and god forbid you ever need refills on meds you better call 2 weeks before and call 5-6 times before you get your meds. The staff is very rude and makes you thing you're bothering them. . The good news is I no longer belong to this facility.

Failed to renew prescription I've been on for 10 years without lining pockets with unnecessary office visit. Then failed to send prescription to pharmacy. Have to go without necessary meds until the office opens again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked an appointment SPECIFICALLY for a blood draw. They gave me an appointment at 4:15 pm on a Friday. I waited until 5:17 PM in a room without air conditioning, while i was 2 weeks out from surgery. They told me that the lady who draws blood went home earlier in the day and she only works half days anyways. STILL HAD TO PAY BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU PAY PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. Don't go there.

I have followed Dr Stogryn for years as it is hard to find a good quality doctor these days. The other doctors I have seen are all about getting patients in and out whereas Dr Stogryn will take the time to meet with you and go over things with you as you are his patient.

I've taken my daughter to Dr. Stogryn for years. He actually takes the time to address your concerns instead of pushing you out the door. He is super intelligent yet humble. Dr. Stogryn has the most incredible bedside manner. He treats our whole family and always asks how my Grandmother is doing. He is brilliant, gentle, trustworthy and kind. He really is one of the greatest family doctors in San Antonio if not the whole state of Texas.

Dr. Stogryn the best. Unfortunately he left the practice and was replace with Dr. Charles A Moxin. When I addressing my child health needs on her cardiologist he dismissed us and said it's to much to address and to make an appointment in a few weeks. As we were leaving he looked at my daughter and said your good to go. When she didn't respond he raise his hands and patted them against his chest and acted as if he was mentally challenged. Meanwhile my daughter is special needs. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had an appointment at 2:45 and 3:15PM arrived at 2:25PM in case of paperwork some might need to be completed. At 3:05 still in the waiting room. Office staff calling other patients and chit chatting about a broken down car and other things. Just because you are speaking in Spanish doesn't mean I don't understand. Finally at 3:15PM finally able to be seen. Office staff customer service is terrible.

There are a million+1 wonderful things I could tell you about this Dr., but due to his indefinite abandonment of his responsibility as a health provider and member of the Dr board, who forgot he took an oath many moons ago. I'm going to tell you just 3 days ago after making my monthly apt with him, I found out he walked out. This Dr. has been treating pts for many things. I wonder sometimes if 1 of his pts walked off of a building because he just left would he care.Sleep on that for awhile DR

This doctor's staff is so bad - the doctor could be a miracle worker & I still wouldn't go here. I found this dr on my insurance plan (blue cross PPO) & made the appt. The office staff had all my info including insurance info ahead of time. Apparently they do not understand how insurance is filed. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with Blue Cross so I called Blue Cross-even my BC agent told me that they didn't know what they were doing. I walked out after 1 hour & 30 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr Ronald Stogryn for a few years and am very satisfied with how he handles my medical issues. He ALWAYS listens to whatever illness I and/or my family is experiencing and is VERY thorough of explaining possibilities of illness and comes up with solutions in a timely manner. I know that when I leave his clinic, I will start to feel a better in a 1 day or 2. I am VERY satisfied with answers he gives me regarding questions I may have. Don't know what I'll do when he retires?..
