Dr. Ronaldo Roque, MD

Did not provide adequate care for my daughter during her stay at Los Alamitos Medical Center. Kept her far too long. Forgot to write discharge orders. Spent 30 sec to 1 minute when he saw her. Only out for the money. Refused to talk with family despite multiple attempts to contact. Would not recommend him to anyone. This used to be a nice little hospital. Not anymore. I was prepared to go to hospital administration about this doctor. Am retired RN

very bad just could not do any better with medical. he wants people with good Medicare Insurance. horrible place to go to.

He was my moms dr last jan 20 2021 he ordered a morphine drip to my mom without even ecplaining everything to us she wasis in the u.s and we areare here in the phillipines.no lab test result shown to us.we are ordering the stop of morphine drip but the dr and the nurses wereignoring us we cant even talk to dr roque anymore weve seen mom the day before she died she was not in pain at all

Dr. Roque has been my mom's PCP for close to 10 years. We have no problems getting an appointment last minute. Dr. Roque listens and always follows up when needed. The front office staff is professional and works extra hard to meet my mom's needs, those ladies have always been nothing but kind and charming. I am appalled at some of the comments and flat out lies written about the front office staff.

I have nothing bad to say about this office and the doctor is the best in my book.

Dr Roque took care of my mom when she was in the hospital. He was horrible! I am a RN and could not believe not only his bedside manner but also his careless mistakes of ordering medications. For instance, he ordered a blood thinner for my mom and she has 6 brain aneurysms! He also failed to go over her bloodworm and always had one foot out the door during his rounds. It is so sad that he is representing the medical field. I will never let him take care of my loved ones.

This place is horrible. First the ladies at the front counter are less than helpful, one even dressed in big dickies pants and a flannel shirt with only the top button done. Not a doctors office look to say the least. Only 15 minute appointments even though i am disabled and need to talk to him longer than alloted 15 minutes of time. allowed appoinments every 3 months. Was told to go to the er for insomnia instead of seeing my primary doctor. Ridiculous for a doctors office. Carmela is horrible
