Dr. Ronnie Pollard, MD

Dr Ronnie Pollard engaged in 'exploratory' surgery on my husband's foot that resulted in a lifetime of pain. My very energetic, sporty husband walks with a limp today, thanks to her. This did not have to happen. She could have referred us to someone more capable, more knowledgeable, someone more able to relate and identify with my husband's concerns at the time. The after care was shocking. My husband is a strong and optimistic individual, but he suffered horrendous pain, many sleepless nights and far too much stress. Dr Pollard and her team showed far too little interest, even after I expressed my concerns regularly. Eventually we consulted with another specialist whose initial words were, 'What the snot happened here?' (I'm serious!) and he refused to treat my husband for fear of further damage. Today, years later, I'm still massaging my husband's foot trying to relieve his discomfort. There's swelling, heat, scar tissue and rigidity in his foot. I'm so enraged.

I am happy and honored to be able to write about my experience with Dr. Pollard. She is a kind and caring person who happens to be a doctor. She certainly stands above the professional norms when it comes to actually helping people. I cannot say enough good things about her. She explains things clearly and offers solutions, the fact that I found her is a minor miracle that I'll always be grateful for.

Dr Pollard, and her staff have taken good care of me in a friendly and professional way. She was also on time for my appointments .I'm recommending her to friends and family.

Dr. Pollard is amazing. I wish I could find others with the ability to apply her knowledge while at the same time actually listening to the patient. She's treating me now and even though I'm not healed, I'm sure I will be soon.

Dr. Pollard is as smart & capable as she is beautiful! I was nervous when I first met her because she looks so young but was quickly impressed by her attentiveness, knowledge & efficiency. She is accommodating, skillful & mindful of her patient's time. Her & her friendly staff run a tight ship in her cute little office converted from a old house. She fixed my ankle after years of painful walking. I almost cry every time I think about how my life will change once I'm fully healed. Thank you Doc!

Dr. Pollard is intelligent, knowledgeable, and on top of her game as it goes with all of the medical aspects of her job. Her bedside manner is second to none. She is a wonderful and efficient surgeon. She is a kind person and has a staff that matches her in skill and personality.

Dr. Pollard was fantastic! She took the time to listen and was willing to consider non invasive options. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner I will definitely be returning to her and recommending her to friends and family! :)
