Follow up appt didnt go as well
Had a follow up visit with Dr. Lewis for MRI results. Felt shamed and made fun of. Definately not the same Dr I first encountered. He was almost rude and made me feel that I was over reacting about my knee. He humilated me to a point of tears when I left. Will NEVER return to this office again!

Person that took intake information once in the exam room never took vitals even though they were listed in MyChart. Doctor stated urgent care doesn't specialize and said finger wasn't fractured. Treated as If I wasted urgent cares time and his. even though Urgent care referred me because my finger was fractured. Also spoke to me as if I was uneducated. Doctor Couldn't properly work the software to view X-ray from disc, after my further investigation and questions doctor figured out how to zoom In on X-ray, then confirmed " oh your finger is fractured" then stated it should heal fine in 4- 6 weeks. Doctor never even look at the physical finger. My chart from this visit was definitely embellished compared to the actual events.

Dr. Lewis is a wonderful doctor, both very caring and a straight shooter about what was going on with my weird injury. He asked me several times what concerns, problems or questions I had and was very committed to making a personal connection at a highly professional level. I would recommend him highly to anyone and have already done so.
