Initially hopeful. Responsible for ruining the early part of my twenties by putting me on unnecessary medication. I wish I never met her or entered this facility at all. Avoid entirely.

Dr. Chuang has been exceptional in working with my several complex neurological problems, countless painful tumors and general mess/mystery that I am. She spends as much time as it takes, and never rushes me through.

Dr. Chuang may be knowledgable, but her interpersonal skills are terrrible. She refuses to answer questions and insists that only her way will work without explaining why.

Dr Chuang is amazing! After over twenty five years of trying to find someone to listen where I live, I drive five hours now to see her and it's absolutely worth it. She is the kindest, most compassionate, least egotistical Dr I have ever met. My life and symptoms are so much better because of her and her willingness to keep fighting for an answer for me. I'm so very thankful for Dr Chuang

Dr. Chuang is nothing but an assembly worker shooting people up with Botox. She won't listen and cannot answer any questions. If she does anything, she will shoot you up with Botox and send you away. She will leave you feeling hopeless about your condition and insult you. Do not go to her. Take care of your health and find a real doctor

Ignore the ramblings of a few frustrated patients, there's always bound to be a few. Dr. Chuang is the most genuinely caring, knowledgeable, and capable doctor I've seen in years. Really took the time to listen to me and address concerns about chronic neck, and back pain I've had for over 6 years, and severe migraines. Truly an authentic, intelligent person who made me feel comfortable and really cared about my health. Great experience!

Horrible experience. Waited months to get in. She came in with mind made up from old report. Refused to look at reports/letters of current medical providers. Shoved papers back without a glance. Laughed rudely in my face when I tried to ask questions. Abruptly stood up and said "follow me" and left. We packed up and searched 2 hallways to find dr at checkout. Many providers still waiting to know how to best help me. Hard to trust her diagnosis with no questions answered or reasoning explained

It has been said that I don't care how much you know till I know that you care Dr Chuang doesn't care. Either does her staff. No followup. Don't answer phones. Stay away.
