Great experience as a first-time patient. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was friendly and I was seen on time. I feel satisfied knowing I have a primary care doctor that I like and trust; and she's very close to home!

It's a good visit when you get good news. No masks= seeing smiling faces! I wore my mask of course, and thankfully other patients did. Office staff seemed very busy close to lunch hour. Typically they are more attentive. No problem.

Very pleasant nurse and check out clerk. Docotr didn't ask me too many questions. She hadn't had a chance to look at my records. The office hadn't sent a request for records form to me so I didn't get to sign it til I was there. I wish they would have called me or something to request me to fill one out The doctor knew nothing of my medical past

I've only seen Dr. Moore Dulan once for a new patient visit. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Moore spent an appropriate amount of time with me and I will schedule follow up lab work and an annual exam.

I was told doctor would check my back but the only exam was given was my breathing. I couldn't understand why I had to dis rob for just listen to my heart. Felt there were lots of assumptions made based on the questions on the Medicare form. The examination felt truly routine
