Inaccurate medical record compared to what test results prove. I.E.: lab, CT, MRI reports prove normal range, however medical record with the same DOS and study DCN states, abnormal? Unable to get any of this serious information corrected! Find an ethical pcp who will properly facilitate your care, not self diagnose w/o proper testing and confirmed diagnoses from a Specialitist---after a referral and further necessary testing!
