Its always a blessing to see Dr. Buigas she is caring and knowledgeable and we can tell by the time she spends with me and my wife to answer all our questions. The office has a welcoming atmosphere too. Very happy altogether.

I strongly recommend NOT to use this practice. My experience with the doctor and her staff has been horrible. Dr. Buigas is unstable, one day she is all smiles and the next she can be screaming at you. The receptionist is rude and extremely inefficient. They only answer the phone when they feel like it and the answering service is a joke because they don't even know the correct working hours. By the way, the office is open just 3 and a half days a week. Avoid this practice: very erratic and unprofessional!

Many doctors aren't necessarily charming, but they know their stuff and you still can appreciate their competence. I wish I could say that about Dr. Buigas. Unfortunately, she goes out of her way to lodge discourtesies on patients. On top of that, her office is very badly managed. The receptionist is unresponsive. The only medical assistant seems to be afraid of the doctor and the receptionist. Customer service is also very bad: they don’t answer phone calls and if you leave a message, they don’t call you back. The office is open only 3 and a half days a week. GREAT Doctor

She is an outstanding physician. She takes the time to listen to the patient's concerns and never rushes. She is extremely knowledgeable and I owe her my life. She also cares for my entire family and we are all very pleased with her care.

Her staff is rude. She’s never there when you need her. She doesn’t let you know when your labs are very abnormal. She really doesn’t care. The wait time is ridiculous. You speak to her and one time she’s very nice, the next she snaps your head off.

Coming from a patient of 10 years. Always felt the receptionists were rude but went b/c I liked Dr. Buigas and the nurse. I recently had an incident with her that seemed to come out of nowhere. I was confused about something & just wanted clarification from her directly. She literally REFUSED to speak to me, and made me seem like a nut. Why? Idk. I was so hurt and caught off guard by her actions. I said I was going to get another dr & their response was: "good". I dont know what's wrong with her

Dr. Buigas has been a Godsent to me. She's knowledgeable, professional, caring and more thorough than any one I've ever had. Lucky to have her! Thank you Dr. Buigas.

The best caring doctor I've found. She gives you all the time you need to go over everything. It is so hard to find a person that does that these days, let alone a doctor. She is unique. Thank you!

She is a great person and doctor but doesnt not follow up at all. Scheduling is a mess and her staff is rude and make you feel like a child everytime you call to follow up on results or speak to the doctor. I no longer have her as my GP

Honestly, I've been going to Rosanna for about 6 years now and she's like every other doctor. Means well, but she's not really up to date and properly informed. She can manage your symptoms but she definitely does not go above and beyond to help you heal, and as a person with an autoimmune disease, she's not for me. Not to mention the wait time is ridiculous, and her practitioners who also answer the phones are beyond rude and also uninformed. I don't plan to keep her as my primary much longer..
