Dr. Rosanna Sabini, DO

Dr Sabini has helped me so much in my recovery and I’m grateful to have met her. I know she’s always been rooting for me as I heal.

The worst possible experience I could never have imagined. It was like a nightmare the way I was treated by Sabini. This woman doesn’t even deserve her license to practice. I was rushed out of the office while being berated by her because she assumed I was there for a lawsuit of some sort. She went on about me being in the wrong office if I needed a work letter and she ‘doesn’t do that.’ When it became clear to me that she was making a totally improper judgement about me, I stood up for myself. This set her off and she proceeded to scold me like a child. She even continued to follow me down the hallway in a threatening manner, continuing to make terribly rude and unprofessional comments to me the entire way out. Her behavior was disgusting and I actually cannot believe that she is a doctor. I am going to continue to find ways to make people aware of her unprofessionalism until she is accountable. I will also be following up with a formal complaint. Her actions are inexcusable.

Schedule an appointment. Was able to get one quickly. Unfortunately the email they sent me with suite/building number was confusing to find. Spoke with the 888# with Northwell at 1:40pm to let them know I’m lost and that l specifically had an appointment with Dr. Sabini. Finally found the location. Line was backed up to check in. When l finally do l was told she wasn’t in that suite. Even though the email said that’s where my appointment was. Finally got to the suite where she was, 30 minutes after my appointment time, and she was already gone and left for the day at 2pm. Disappointed that even though I called she still left. Disappointed that the email sent from her office had incorrect information.

She is not a bad doctor, but I received very unprofessional help with obtaining doctors notes. I called up to try and get a doctors note I needed, but was told I was no longer a patient of Dr Sabini. I had to go to my family practitioner to get a note I needed. It made things more difficult for me during a really dark time in my life. I was barely able to get out of bed every day. She knew I was not in a great state of mind. This was very unprofessional. Took my money and ran.

Saw her last week and she was right about how I recovered.
