My daughter had an appointment with this supposedly Dr. I was referred to this incompetent Dr. the objective of the appointment was to try if we can find the cause of my daughter's slow growth development. This incompetent Dr. right away he started to judge me why I haven't done anything to find the cause of her slow growth development with an arrogant attitude. When I have been going to Dr. to Dr. since my daughter was 5 months old to find out the cause of her slow development. Dr.'s couldn't find the cause of it, they just told me it was low hormonal levels. So it was a totally waste of time with this incompetent arrogant Dr. Raja.

Dr Raja is one of the best neurologists I have ever met. My family has a long time history of using neurologists without much success. Dr Raja is professional and not scared to tackle hard cases. He has taken great care of my son and helped him greatly.

My son has very complicating health problems and it has been difficult all his life to have other doctors really work with us to make the best choices for him. Dr Raja has been very open and listens to my concerns and tries to do what he can to help my son. I am able to ask questions or change a medication over the phone or online with their portal. The doctor and the staff are great at getting back with me and have helped my son improve. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a real doctor.

This office does not call back and has a very rude staff. We have left messages and spoke to the front desk to get an appointment to get the results for our daughters EEG done 4 months ago and still get the run around. We have been billed outrageous amounts ($20,500) for this EEG and we were told it was only going to be a $50 copay. Parents beware.

We waited 6 months to see the doctor. After getting to the office, we then had to wait 3 hours in the room before the doctor came in!!! Three hours sitting in a room with a toddler. That's ridiculous! When he finally came in he was very dismissive and barely spent any time with us, probably because we were the last appointment and he wanted to leave. He gave us no answers, no suggestions, and we were even more frustrated than before. We are making an appointment with a better doctor.

My son had been seen for 5 yrs, during those 5 yrs. it was hard to get my son an appointment and had to wait at least 7 to 8 months to be seen. There is nothing more frustrating as a parent to live with the agony of not knowing what is wrong with your child, never get results. For 2 yrs. I waited to get genetic testing for my son, that never happened! The staff always had an excuse, blamed everybody else in the office 4 not getting referrals or appointments done. Left the state 4 better care.

I had to give 2 stars because his staff is ridiculous. If Dr. Raja was the only person I was rating I would give 5 plus stars. Unfortunately, in order to get to Dr. Raja you have to deal with the staff. Like another reviewer, I have been having insurance issues with them too. I have been trying for 9 months to clear this up, but pretty much impossible to clear it up when the insurance company tells me something completely different than what his staff tells me the ins company says.

My twins follow with several different specialists. Dr. Raja is the only one who can remember their names if he just passes them in the hall. (He doesn't have to look at their chart to remember.) He is extremely thorough, and will talk straight with me. What I like most is I don't have to retell him the twins' medical story every time we see him?he remembers, and we can just fill in what's happened since their last appointment. (You have no idea how refreshing that is.)

I had waited for two years to get a referral for my son to have a genetic testing done, and still waiting for it. I finally moved away to a different state and I'm very disappointed how very unorganized his staff is as well. Would never follow up with referrals and always blamed my insurance saying, that they had done their part and that I needed to call them. Every time I would call my insurance, it was a different story. Very disappointed as a parent when you're trying to get answers.
