Dr. Ross Deppe, MD

He is condescending. He will not explain anything. He avoided having a conversation with me He writes notes for his staff to relay. His staff is VERY rude and they do not take notes. This office double books appointments I have had several appointments canceled without reason. Dr. Deppe has tried shame me. Disrespect me when I adk questions. He also reschedules appointments to clients that don'tagree with him. Makes false notes AVOID!

Horrible doctor. Dr. Deppe double books appointments. No matter what it take 4 to 9 months to get an appointment. He has sent me for every test available for almost 2 years. Still no diagnosis. His staff is extremely rude. He claimed I was too incompetent to have a EUS done. He never discussed this with me. He just referred me to another doctor. Then canceled that appointment. He does not take proper notes. He talks down to you and does not care! He refuses to take telehealth appointments. AVOID THIS NONDOCTOR

After being in pain for about 45 days, I went the ER on 6/03 and they wanted me to be seen by a Gastro Dr within 7-10 days. My initial appt was scheduled for 9/16/2021. Thankfully I called Dr. Horlander's office and they got me in on 6/30/2021. My liver biopsy is scheduled for 7/08 and my follow-up appt for 9/16 ... The day I was initially set to see Dr. Deppe the 1st time. I generally stay within Norton's but they were definitely in no hurry to get me in. The Receptionist made it sound like their Drs were off on vacation from June until September. Really? Pretty nice when you can do it, Unfortunately the patients are the ones who suffer. I am VERY thankful for Dr. Horlander!!!

Dr. Deppe did a fantastic job on my mom. They got rid of a gallstone in the bile duct. We had gone to Northside prior to this and they weren't able to get it and she even had surgery 2 days prior with another physician at Emory who couldn't get it out. We are very glad we found someone to help my mom
