I am so pleased that I was able to have Dr. Leibovitz as my surgeon for my port placement. He was very kind and explained everything making sure I understood and the answered all my questions. I don't think that I would have been better hands as Dr. Leibovitz. I would recommend him to family and friends and anyone looking and needing an excellent surgeon!

Dr. Leibovitz, has preformed surgery on me twice at Avista Hospital.. Once for an appendectomy and the other, a BIG one to remove part of my colon when I had colon cancer. Working with my GI doctor he took the time and was able to explain exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take, recovery time, everything I feel a "new" cancer patient needs to know. For such a bad diagnosis he really put myself and my wife at ease. I truly feel that he and my GI saved my life, no doubt.
