Waiting and Waiting and Waiting
Negative. And I never even got to meet him. Scheduled the appointment over two months out initially and patiently waited. Finally came the month of the appointment and got a call that they would need to reschedule. Another TWO months out and a sorry. How inconsiderate of my time and pain/issues. It's just absurd because I know that a lot of people are probably not waiting that long out. So disappointing.

Does He Even See People? – Apr 29, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Pope?
NO, I would not. I would warn them off, and have because they are my friends. Can I give a negative star? I was put on about an 8 month waiting list, despite my pain. I patiently waited for my time to come up so I could book my appoint. I was glad to book the 2 months out appointment when it came up. I initially went through all the hoops to be set up with insurance and the like. About a week before my appointment, they changed their policies and insurances and refused to help me out. Since I was now desperate for care, I decided to see if I could get in with one of the other doctors in the clinic. For whatever reasons, that staff person got hold of the other doctors in the clinic and urged them to refuse to see me. What kind of people do such things? What could possibly be their motive?? I knew I could not trust my healing needs to people who demonstrated such little respect and were so callous. It was sad and sooo disappointing!

Dr Pope is a good doctor. However, after dealing with his office staff, then calling and speaking with the manager about her consistent rudeness (I just kept thinking we hit it on a bad day. Apparently every day is a bad day), I was informed that this is not the first complaint they've had about her being out and out RUDE to patients. The manager offered to speak with Dr. Pope about this, but stated that she's spoken with him several times to no avail
