He was extraordinarily rude and inconsiderate
He berated me and called me names when I needed help with a mental health condition. He was extremely judgemental and not supportive at all; I changed physicians immediately. I don't know if this had to do with the fact he was quite elderly but he was definitely not informed about certain health conditions.

I knew Dr. Arnold when he was in the residency program at UAB-Birmingham. His knowledge, patient observation and extremely accurate assessment of patient medical status was extremely impressive. Dr. Arnold’s education and bedside intuition lead him to give superb and accurate care! I would not hesitate to recommend him now! He has simply built a pyramid of years of experience that give the clients’ the gold standard of care!

Wish I wasn't limited to only five stars. The whole team deserves ALL the stars. Dr. Arnold is the sweetest, most patient doctor I have ever seen. He took the time to talk to me, ask questions, and actually listen to my answers. He wasn't distracted by the computer or anything else. He looked me in the eyes and listened. Next, his entire team is welcoming, pleasant, & make you feel like the most important person on the planet. I live about 90 minutes away but because of Dr Arnold's bedside manner and the amazing team he has surrounded himself with, I will happily make the drive. Best decision I ever made. THANKS Dr Arnold and team.

I have multipole health problems and see different specialist for these conditions, Dr. Arnold is very knowledgeable about my conditions one of which is rare and most doctors have not heard of or no nothing about it. He spends time with you and does not rush like most doctors do. His staff is very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone.
