Staff the Worse!!
Dr. Bardwell is a fine physician but the staff is the worse I have ever encountered. My pharmacy has been trying to obtain a refill for two weeks on a seizure controlled medication with no call back. I have one day left. I have called and left several messages. The buck stops with the doctor. This isn’t the first time and he is aware of their ineptitude. Dr. Bardwell needs to clean house as the front office is a reflection on him. Shame on them all.

Dr. Bardwell is a very insightful doctor who listens. I have always received return call from his staff in a timely manner. I now do virtual visits because of my age, but in office visits were very professional. The clinic was clean and I never waited more than 30 minutes for my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bardwell.

I worked along side with Dr.Bardwell. I think he is phenomenal doctor with great bed side manners. He is very attentive and courteous. Dr.Bardwell is not only a good doctor but an all around good person with a heart. He is too good of a person to work along side with trash (dr.campbell)

Although Dr. was pretty good and ordered some tests for me regarding some abdominal pain, I should have known that the experience was going to be horrible when I walked in the office and saw stains on all the carpets, the exam table was taped together at legs and walls and floor were dirty... to say the least that office and building needed to be updated and deep cleaned is an understatement. Then I am currently waiting 2 months for my ultrasound results... contacted office and left messages and no response. They basically just forgot about me. I had to call and get my medical records released. Also, today 2 months later, I receive a call from a Receptionist who thought she was calling “AMITA health” but was in fact was calling me and then had the audacity to hang up on me when I told her my issue, because it was her 1st day and she was just “reading off of a message,” that was given to her! The most horrible experience from a doctor and would not recommend!

Dr. B is an exceptional doctor who genuinely cares for each of his patients. He takes his time with each patient and makes you feel like an old friend. I have a very complex history and he went above and beyond to help me. In fact, he gave me my life back! Dr B is also excellent at OMM and helped me to get my body to a much healthier place. I can't recommend Dr Bardwell highly enough. He and his staff are wonderful!

Dr. Bardwell was extremely courtesy and concerned about my issues. He followed up with me to see how the medicine worked for me. When speaking with him he never seems to rush me, but allows me to explain my concerns. You can tell that he's passionate about his profession and that he genuinely cares and is concerned about his patients.

My family 1st starting seeing Dr. Bardwell when his office was in Homewood. I will never forget I lost my job & my son became EXTREMELY sick. I didn't have any money, nor did my son have health insurance. I called the office, I explained I would pay out of pocket I just needed my son to be seen. After Bardwell saw my son, I went to the first desk to pay and the receptionist told me Bardwell said NO CHARGE TODAY. Bardwell is NOT in it for the money, his heart is in it for the good of the people!

office is outdated and dirty. One receptionist is completely incompetent and rude. Dr. Bardwell seemed like a decent enough dr, but the cons outweighed the pros by a long shot.
