My opinion is he's the best that's ever been. You only need a lung surgeon once. Of the 3 main doctors you will have, surgeon, chemo, and radiologist, the surgeon is the most important. Dr. Bowling operated and removed half my left lung, and 3 ribs from my spine to under my arm. My radiologist, Dr Arbrink had doubts that I was even operable. He has now a lot more respect for Dr. Bowling's skills. Dr. Arbrink felt sure i'd have at least partial paralysis. But I have none and 100% movement.
