Terrible service and mistakes
Receptionist is extremely rude and they make billing mistakes causing you to have to spend time to get it corrected. They tried to bill me for a copay after I already paid in the office but when I called to get it corrected they claimed that my insurance was trying to bill an additional $20 which is 100% not true. What's sad is my wife and I both had an 'office visit', we both have the same insurance and they are billing her correctly but cant seem to understand the mistake is theirs leaving me to call our insurance to get it situated.

... This is a guy who really tries hard to hear his patients, he's friendly and precise. I never feel hurried in his office and he's excellent at explaining what's going on and what's need to do (or NOT do). He's a modern doctor with some old-school ways that make him both a friend and a knowledgeable counselor. On occasion he has medical school students shadowing him during some of my visits ... when he leaves the room, I tell them that they have a great role model in this man ... and really I hope that they listen. Thanks!

Outstanding doctor. Very humane. Takes time with all of his patients. Three generations of my family have consulted with him in the past 25 years, and we all think the world of Dr. Saenz. He is also fully bilingual. The front office staff has been friendly and accommodating, and all paperwork has been completed efficiently in our experience. Highly recommended.

Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for your appointment but that is ok considering Dr. Saenz is very concerned for his patients and will always see you if it is necessary on short notice. I have been a patient for over 20 years and prefer my Doctor to care about my health, and answer my questions rather than being shuttled in like cattle.

Often when having an early morning appt. I went in and would have to wait and wait. No explanation whatsoever. Very annoying. You go in and are put in a room with the door closed. Every other patient who comes in after you is seen first. If I made an appt for 910 a.m. I was lucky to get out of that office by 12 noon. E-script system for sending prescription s to phsrmacy is horrible. My pharmacy never got the prescriptions, the office would swear up and down they were sent, etc.
