Dr Talley is an outstanding Doctor who genuinely listens to his patients needs and concerns. He is highly relational and sincere about treating the individual , looking beyond the presenting health issues. He is a man of deep faith and ethics. I felt completely safe under his care and expertise.

My husband and I have been patients of MD Pain Care since. 2014
Dr Talley is a expert in his field he is compassionate about helping his patients, he's also very knowledgeable in his field plus, taking the time each and every time to explain the procedure in detail. He has great personality too, funny which helps you feel more at ease..
Dr Talley has helped both my husband and myself going from the terrible pain we were experiencing on a daily basis for years to just having a better quality of life...... we highly recommend Md Pain Care 5 stars to you and Thank you so much.

He is the best ever. When I first came to see him 11 years ago, I couldn't walk hardly. Now the Walker and cane is gone. I'd say I'm 90% overall better. My life is so much better. I thank God for Dr. Talley and his staff every day. I'd recommend 100%

I have had 7 previous back surgeries and have dealt with pain for the last 11 years of my life. I have been to see many Doctors with the pain that I ha e with my back. When I was scheduled to see Dr. Talley. I thought ok another pain Managment Dr. visit. From day one I could see that the nurses and staff were wonderful and genuinely cared about the pain I was in. Dr. Talley turned out to be one of the most caring Doctors that I have ever met. He explained everything to me that was going on with my back and put a plan into action. Along with Lyndsey the nurse and Kayla I’m on the road to feeling better. They have exceeded my expectations of Doctors and Nurses. They are kind, caring. I only wished I could’ve found MD pain clinic quicker than what I did. My pain has decreased and I feel my self worth of life has increased also. Thank you to my team at MD pain clinic. You all are awesome. RJ Davis.
