From the moment he waltzed in, he made it known that he was the most educated person in the room. I felt judged and scrutinized, and not in a caring professional manner either, I felt more like a file and a name that he skimmed through than an actual patient. He continuously interrupted me when I attempted to explain my symptoms, he made classless assumptions about my lifestyle. I felt like he had no intention of listening to me whatsoever, I left urgent care feeling misunderstood and unheard.

He remembered my client from a one time contact when she was in a nursing care facility nearly a year ago. His interest in her present issue came across as very through & professional, yet caring & compassionate. He made sure that he understood her present medications & verbally explained all of the potential benefits as well as the cautionary risks should she add or increase dosage of a blood pressure Rx. I’d call it great “bed-side-manor” & being involved in health care at every level from Neighborhood clinics & my degree in community services to writing for a nationalHealth magazine & then in “retirement” doing training under one of the best Elder care/ amputee/ PhD nurses in the region I’ve been in demand as a caregiver in my community with excellent letters of recommendation. I’ve taken care-clients to many, many appointments & Dr. Ruben Green made an excellent impression on us, speaking for Ms. Latrell & myself.His personality was sincere & very accessible.

His presence in the room was very judgy even though he was only in here for a max of 5 minutes. I’m only in here because a nurse on the phone was concerned about my symptoms with a previously diagnosed sciatica issue. He says it’s just back pain and prescribed me over the counter stuff I’ve tried for the last 2 months that have not helped at all. I told him everything that happened from the start of my pain and everyone else in this building I’ve told have said it’s definitely a nerve issue.
