Dr. Noel and his staff are fantastic! They always make me feel comfortable during my appointments, they always explain the procedure, and genuinely care about my dental health. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.'

I can't say enough about how happy I am with my 5 unit bridge and veneer. Dr. Noel did a perfect job. I am very happy with my teeth now! Dr. Noel was recommended by a fellow worker of mine ( we both work for a dental company, not a Dentist ) so my co-worker knew that I am particularly fussy and with us both working for a dental company we can appreciate great work. Both Dr. Noel and Shannon were caring and considerate and paid special attention to my fear of pain . Which to my surprise I really didn't have much of any. I am on the senior side of life and have had a couple bridges done before which didn't last . None of them are as nice as what I received from Dr. Noel. When I came back to my office my co-work came up to me right away and asked so ? I replied perfect !!!!

My experience with this dental office has been disappointing. The first visit was acceptable, but subsequent interactions were marred by threats to find a new dentist, which occurred on three separate occasions. The first threat was made during a procedure, and I was recently threatened and assaulted by a staff member. The office's behavior is consistently rude, disrespectful, and uncaring, despite being aware of my documented mental health issues. Their primary focus appears to be financial, as they prioritize revenue over patient well-being. Interestingly, they charge patients for missed appointments, yet I have lost money due to three canceled appointments without my knowledge or consent. Do they show empathy? Regrettably, they do not. This office's behavior is unprecedented in my experience with dental care providers. They seem unable to engage in respectful communication, instead choosing to disregard patients' concerns.

Well they took my money to do a bone graft and then after that was healed said oh your insurance won't cover a implant like we said we could. And on top of that after capping a from tooth after the second time it fell out could not manage to find time to have it reattached, had to find another detist. Beware!!! I liked Dr Noel but his wife was extremely money hungry.

This has to be the worst dental office in Western New York I don't know if they have just dental students working for them or what but the work is the worst that I've ever had none and the staff is very rude. I would not recommend this dental office at all if you care anything about your teeth at all you would find a different provider

I recently had my front crown put on to complete all my Dental Implant procedures. It's been a long road but so so worth the wait and end results. Dr Noel did an amazing job, i am so very happy. I want to thank Dr Noel, Shannon and Iris for being compassionate kind and caring throughout my journey. You made all my visits comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to thank everyone else at AffableCare, they are all wonderful people. I totally recommend AffableCare Dental.

I really appreciate and respect Dr. Noel. I have had lots of work done on my teeth. Dr. Noel is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate! Dr. Noel always explains what he will be doing. His office staff have great personalities and put you at ease. His office and procedure rooms are modern and very clean. They are very rude. The dental hygienist told my 21 year old son that his teeth were yellow from smoking and he's never smoked. She repeatedly told him to stop smoking when he kept telling her he never smoked. They're just out for money. My daughter was told she needed 2 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 fillings. She could get the wisdom teeth pulled immediately but had to wait over a year to get 2 fillings. That would be after 2 more cleanings. Their appointments are never able to be scheduled and when they are they make them come back another day to see the dentist. I don't know who this male dentist is because my kids saw a female who said she was the dentist. We're changing dentists and will never go back here again.

The work I have done is always excellent, especially when I feel and damage my 2 front teeth. They are willing to work with you on scheduling appointments, and Dr. Noel and his staff guarantee that your experience at their office will be pleasurable. The only drawback is that appointments take a long time to schedule as they are very often booked. I highly recommend it!

Dr. Noel has providing outstanding dental care to our family for 15 years. From day one, we were struck by his caring, professional manner. Today, Dr. Noel took care of a cavity for me, and I was so impressed that I felt compelled to leave this review.Dr. Noel utilizes state of the art equipment in all aspects of his practice. Specifically with respect to my cavity, he used a laser. Noteworthy, I felt zero pain throughout the procedure (and Dr. Noel made a point of inquiring multiple times as to whether I could feel anything).Now, I knew the cavity was in a difficult to access area, but Dr. Noel and his hygienist Shannon, took the time, with utmost diligence, to ensure the top outcome both for the health of the tooth and aesthetically. I am very thankful that our family has had Dr. Noel to entrust with our dental care all these years!

I recently had 3 teeth worked on by Dr. Noel and his Team, they did a fantastic job! They are very professional and really do a great job,,, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure.Dr. Noel is very skilled at his profession, he made the procedure virtually painless! He is, by far, one of the best dentists that's ever worked on my teeth and that's a fact. Had four teeth pulled at once and it was pain free,and no pain after.Staff is very friendly and helpful

Dr. Noel and his entire staff is patient, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable in their field! I had a tooth pulled today and let me tell you, I was a nervous wreck!! I have had some very traumatic encounters with dental work in the past, but Dr. Noel and his assistant were very patient with me and explained each step that they were going to take. Long story short, I FELT NO PAIN!! NONE, NOTTA! I highly recommend Affable Dental, they have their own lab and local anesthesia and mild sedation if needed!! I have found my forever dentist!!

Great work, great team.

Prior to Dr Noel, I had multiple root canals, old fillings, and 2 missing molars. A severe infection had dissolved some of my jawbone around the tooth socket, and left an irregularly shaped gum line where bone jutted out to the side (under the gums). I had difficulty chewing, so implants were scheduled. A bone graft was needed to fill in the shallow jawline before implants could be placed. I was SHOCKED to find I had no pain afterward! Dr Noel has laser technology that reduces the trauma, but my gums weren't even swollen where sutures were. Unbelievable!

I had the rest of my teeth out yesterday (16 in total). Completely seamless and pain free with no sedation. Warm, kind people with quality care!

Dr. Noel came recommended by another physician and I had a great experience. Beginning with the reception staff, to the hygienist, all the way to Dr. Noel the staff were professional and extremely thorough. Dr. Noel was knowledgeable and efficient. I have further recommended this practice!
