I would not recommend
When I asked a question, she told me I can Google it.Was not helpful at all with a post procedure problem. There is more but I will leave it at that.

Botched bunion surgery
Botched bunion surgery. 12 weeks postop I was having a lot of discomfort where the hardware was placed in my foot. Dr. Chahal said I just needed physical therapy and I would be fine. I went to therapy for months to no avail. Dr. Chahal said it can take up to a year for my foot to fully heal after I told her therapy did not help. She brushed off my discomfort. Four years later, I am still having discomfort when walking, I get sharp pains in my foot where the hardware is placed and have nerve damage on the top of my foot. I do not recommend her at all.

Dr. Chahal is very thorough, and was able to answer all my questions. I was recommended to her by a family friend, and i'm so glad I went to her.

Dr. Chahal is difficult to contact and get a timely response. She is only in the office Monday, Tuesday and some Wednesday's, so if you have a post-op problem chances are you will have to wait up to 5 days to talk to her. Her assistant is in the office all week and very helpful, but sometimes she can't get in contact with Dr. Chahal. My 2nd issue is how little time she spends with you. She gave me a quick explanation of my upcoming procedure and told me I could look it up on the Internet.
