Was not giving attention to the concerns
I had my annual routine checkupwith Dr Desai. She was in a hurry and never bothered to ask if I have any questions or concerns. She did not bother to call back irrespective of the abnormal lab results. I had to call them and the response was everything is normal except a few and asked to redo the tests. I will never go back there again

Prior to seeing Dr. Desai, I was on several prescriptions for various issues, including depression & severe and chronic pain. The regimine worked very well, as noted by my previous PHP. I saw Dr. Desai one time, for a check-in visit. She barely listened to me, and ignored questions and concerns. She took one look at my med list decided I was abusing, and but said to my face I was drug seeking. Desppite clean urine & blood, and no criminal or drug abuse history, she took me off of almost everything, and noted me as DS on my chart. I was left with endometriosis and no painkillers. Other critical drugs were removed, even non-abusable ones. One was replaced with something 4x the cost. It has taken *years* to get things untangled and the note off, with part of the time being treated like a junkie, thanks to her. It's still not fixed. Hopefully she has amended her "standard of care" since then. If so, good for her. If not, she has no business serving patients.

I am a former patient of Dr. Desai. My experiences with her were consistently bad. She's was rude, rushed through appointments, and quickly dismissed my questions/concerns as if I were stupid. I now see at great doctor who actually listens and cares about her patients.

Dr Desai uncovered a disease I have had all my life and no other doctor uncovered. Hard to be upset with that.

Ruby Desai was forced on me after my PCP retired. My 1st visit was for my physical, which was scheduled for 40 mins- I was done in under 20 mins including vitals and 5 mins wait time. Going over meds seemed difficult for her because she just wasn't listening. I felt extremely rushed by her. As a result I left without a breast exam, the referral I asked for or conveying all my needs. I didnt see the point if she wasnt listening. I had to F/u with my P.A. Stay away. She's a waste of time.

Referred to me as "kiddo" and confirmed my pregnancy in the same breath. Rude, condescending, and not very thorough.
