I would give zero stars if I could. I got into the office to encounter rude staff. They told me my visit had been moved to telehealth. I NEED to see a doctor as I need tests for my heart. She said it was my fault for not checking my voicemails. There were NONE. The only time the office call me to tell me about the change was when I was already there. Then the very rude staff said she would see me quickly but could not be thorough and I would need a second visit. Which still made the original visit pointless. I said I need to be able for her to do a normal visit and not a quick vitals. They asked me to reschedule, I am looking for a new doctor instead.

Wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. With Dr. Patel's help I recovered from my open heart quickly. She helped me identify the source of my issues with vertigo as well. I highly recommend her.

I am always nervous going to a doctor and this is the first serious medical condition I have ever had. Dr. Patel made it so easy to explain my symptoms and she really listens to you. She is intelligent and explains everything really simply. She is nice, relatable, and proactive. She is always available for guidance and is looking for your overall well being going forward. I would highly recommend to anyone.
