Failed To Detect Fuch's Dystrophy. Be careful!
Dr. Churner is friendly and personable but I cannot give him a good review beyond that. He not only failed to test me for Fuch's Dystrophy before he performed cataract surgery on me, he then said he knew I had it 'but did not believe the disease was serious enough to avoid the surgery.' My medical records made by him NEVER mentioned Fuch's Dystrophy. I lost much of my sight in that eye. Only specialists should perform cataract surgery on a patient with Fuch's Dystrophy and a cornea transplant is needed to remove the disease.

Doctor does not let you explain your problems or ask questions. Just wants to do his exam and doesn’t really give good explanations or listens. Is dismissive - all the while smiling.
