My Favorite Doctor
Dr. Pi is one of the best doctors and so thorough. She takes her time answering any questions you have and explains everything to you so that you can understand it. She has a great bedside manner. I have been going to her for years and will continue to do so until she retires which I hope is a long time away. I highly recommend Dr. Pi for any of my family members.

Fantastic doctor
Both my children, teen and school age, have seen Dr. Pi for past 3 years and we all really like her and trust her. We’ve had a lot of experience with doctors over the years, I feel like pediatricians in past are so used to reassuring anxious parents that they can actually miss things but I don’t feel Dr. Pi is like this at all. She’s very competent in her own clinical skills but has also referred us for further when she feels it’s beyond her scope and I appreciate that, as in our case it’s been completely appropriate and some real things have been caught. I don’t feel rushed when we’re there but also things aren’t unnecessarily drawn out. All in all we’re very pleased with this practice.

Scarred for life from her terrible bedside manner
RUN! Dr Pi is awful and my husband and I are scarred for life from her appalling bedside manner after my sweet baby was born. We were assigned to her as she was the on-call pediatrician. She walked into the room, stood there and coldly told us our baby is going to ICU and it’s our fault! As she’s backing up towards the door, she tells us that she thinks our baby has Down syndrome. We had never before met or seen this woman in our lives, and as a nurse I know more than anyone that she should’ve showed some compassion when delivering such life-changing, devastating news. My husband immediately got up and threw up. Maybe absolutely traumatizing parents is her end goal? Mission accomplished. She should have her license revoked. Thank God my midwife later showed genuine compassion while she sat on the edge of my bed and talked with us, gave us resources, and a hug.

Traumatized Patient – Dec 02, 2023

Yikes.
Been going to Dr. Pi since I was little and never had any problems until just recently. Will NOT write an ESA letter for you because of people abusing her trust. As someone who has been diagnosed since 2018 and is also taking medication for it, I was appalled. She said she would write the letter only if I have the animal registered first. I explained I don’t have the animal yet due to my apartments no pet policy rule. 20 phone calls later of calling vets trying to get someone to help me register an animal once I got one and no vets in the area being able to do so, I was running out of options. So I asked her if she would still be willing to write one with an online certification. She got so rude and defensive and was annoyed that she had to answer her messages about HER patient on vacation. I’m very disappointed on how this situation was handled and the disrecpect I received. I should’ve just dropped it, but I thought out of everyone, my doctor would understand and help. I was wrong.

My children have been seeing Dr. Pi since they were born in '03 & '06. She is 1 Dr that truly cares about their well being and makes are personal touch. She makes them comfortable and has always addressed my concerns. I trust her with the safety of my children and their medical needs. She always goes about and beyond! She takes plenty of time in the room with us without rushing us out to make sure everything is good. My kids love Dr. Pi! She remembers them and they love & remember her!

Fine to go to for routine visits, but if your child has a more serious issue this Dr. Sends you on a wild goose chase referring you to any specialist that comes to mind and then when gets results doesn't want to work with the reffered specialists and still requires you to come in for office visits stating not wanting to go by other physicians findings or requests. A lot of wasted time for my poor now 2 year old who has dropped to 1percentile who has had ongoing eating and digestion problems.

She is very caring and easy to talk to. She is excellent with kids. I have never had an unpleasant experience with her. She has been my doctor for over 12 years. The only done side is that the office is slow at times, but that's nothing unusual.
