Arrogant and bizarre behavior
My experience with Dr. Patel at Kaiser is an experience I will never forget. I waited in the room for an hour in a gown only to be mocked and laughed at for a breast abnormality I was experiencing a few months postpartum. Her arrogance and lack of empathy haunts me so much that I still have not gone back for treatment. I have never experienced a demeanor so odd or unprofessional in a MD
