Dr. Rupa Patel, MD

Dr Patel is super professional. She is very thorough and very polite. Her diagnosis was spot on. I strongly recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Patel performed kidney stone surgery on me this past November. I met with her before and after the surgery as well as follow up visits. She has great beside manner and made me feel comfortable about what to expect with the surgery and after. Each time I spoke with her, I never felt rushed. She spent as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. This is not typical of most doctors these days. I find her to be very knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease on each visit. I highly recommend her for any of your urologic needs.

Dr. Patel is not thorough in her exam. She does use sterile precautions when examining you, and inserting the catheter. She doesn't take time to answer your questions. She quickly rushes you out of the office.

Kind, understanding and helped me understand my condition and the necessary followup procedures.

Dr. Patel was referred to me by my Primary Doctor, this made me feel very confident. I have been under Dr. Patel's care for a while and find her caring, confident and knowledgeable. She is very sweet and makes me feel confortable which is comething you want in a Urologist. I would recommend her to all new patients she gives the best care.

I felt a problem with lumps in my testicle area. After I told her, Dr. Rupa did not care to examine the area well. She just took a quick look. She seemed squeamish about looking at my private area. A urologist? Really? The worst was, she sent me for blood work. Then dragged me down to her office for another appointment that I had to pay the $75.00 co pay just to tell me everything is OK. What? I had to contribute to her retirement fund? Couldn't the nurse have called and told me everything is OK. Or sent me an email? Terrible doctor. She knows nothing. Just another kid from a rich family that put her through school.

I am extremely happy with the care I received by Dr. Rupa Patel. Not only is she a great surgeon, but her bedside manner and the way she put both myself and my family at ease was above and beyond. She explained each step in my surgery so clearly from preparation through recovery, I knew exactly what to expect. On top of that, we could still reach Dr. Patel as needed throughout the process.

Let me start with the good part first, the front desk staff & nurses were nice & friendly. On the contrary, Dr. Rupa Patel, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to see her today for a 2nd opinion after seeing a male doctor in the same office. She was like "you are not my patient", why are you seeing me since you have already seen the other doctor from our clinic? Like seriously is this how you talk with a patient who just wants a 2nd opinion? Is there a law that I can't see another doctor from the same office? She was totally arrogant, impatient, and barely spent 5-7 minutes with no communication about my issues.

First visit.i feel like i am rushed and she dis not really asked me questions on my current status. Feels like there is no paused in each sentence.

Doctor Rupa Patel is a smart, beautiful, kind and compassionate Physician. She spent time with me and listened to all off my concerns. She explains everything thoroughly as you leave her office with a sense of relief. Thank you Dr Rupa!!!

Had my first appointment with Dr. Patel and was very impressed that she had all my information from my previous doctor and was knowledgeable with my history. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. Staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. RupaPatel is wonderful. She 's very busy but very knowledgeable. The office staff are horrible. The lady at the front desk seems she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Not Pleasant. The nurse is very rude. I think the staff are not happy working in that office! They don't answer the calls. I've been calling to confirm my appt. So I went anyway and saw 6 ladies at the front office. It is discouraging for patient like me. So sad for Dr. Patel she's affected with this review.

Part 2-This office does not answer phone calls or respond to messages. Called office, on hold 8 minutes then a message saying leave a message comes on. Never received a call back. Called again, same thing. Called again, now message says office is closed. called next morning, same thing. On hold 9 minutes then says leave a message. Still no one called from evening before. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

I could not have been more fortunate to have my GP recommend I make an appt with Dr. Rupa Patel. Not only was she thorough in her treatment, but she discovered another issue that was taken care of immediately. She answered all my questions, and put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Patel!
