Dr. Rupinder Dhadli, MD

Dr Dhadli's staff asked for my ins info and indicated they would check coverage for services that might provided at my dental implants consult. However, the Cone Beam CT Scan wasn't covered & charge to me was $250. I called Dr Dhadlis office if she preauth'd the Scan and she said there's no way to preauth in advance of an appt and named 2-3 ins co's that cover it. It seems logical that since Dr Dhadlis office: knows that most insurance companies don't cover the CBCT Scan knows the names of the very few insurance companies that DO cover the CBCT Scan must know through their experience w/ other patients that my insurance company has not covered the CBCT Scan know that when they are consulting about possible dental implant their diagnostic scan of choice in their office is the CBCT Scan, They should inform patients in advance that a procedure may not be covered To not disclose this is disrespectful & bad business. It feels bad and people don’t forget how you made them feel.

My dentist sent me to see Dr. Dhadli with $1500 cost for Tores surgery. The staff when I went in, wanted $500 and said I had to pay for it. I gave them $422 and asked to have my insurance billed. Then they took a CT Exray and said they could see the TORES in my mouth. They then billed my insurance $3700 and my insurance said NO, find another supplier. My new Dr. and I called to have the CT Scan ready to pick up in a week. I went today..and they didn't have it and wouldn't do it. They said I had to come back at 5pm, but couldn't guarantee it would be ready. I called my new Dr, they said it only takes 2 minutes to scan the CT scan and they called Dr. Dhadli and they got thee same information. Not ready, no promise of being ready. This is a BAD office, BAD staff and BAD pricing out of range.

As I entered the waiting room for a scheduled appointment, the clerk handed me two sheets of paper; one of them essentially said I would promise to pay whatever the charges are, and the other said I would pay $172 for the initial consultation, due immediately. It didn't seem to be a caring health care environment and I left.

Dr. Dhadli removed my wisdom teeth in a matter of minutes. It took her longer to get me numb then to actually remove the teeth. She is such a skilled surgeon, I had zero swelling and was barely sore at all after the surgery. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

The doctor was too busy to see me despite scheduling a consultation at their convenience.
