Dr. Russel Glaun, MD

I called as a new patient with an existing problem and although the “new patient” wait was about 3 to 4 weeks out; the lovely young lady on the phone was able to get me in within a week! She explained that this is how Dr. Glaun runs his practice. He is truly concerned about patients who have issues going on! Today this is unheard of! In addition he was extremely thorough, had a lovely manner and the wait was very short. I cannot say enough about Dr Glaun and his cheerful wonderful staff! In addition my problem was addressed and taken care of. I am happy to say thanks to Dr. Glaun I am well today! I would give him six stars if possible!!

Dr. Glaun misdiagnosed a condition that required me to receive intravenous antiboitics from another physician. If treated properly, well... He also wanted to surgically remove a several keratosis on my scalp that he had been treating for six months with two different medications- neither worked. I lost all confidence at this point and went to another dermatologist and she said the problem could be resolved with an ointment. Further, I requested my lab reports instead they printed out my entire record and when I returned home I received a call from the office telling me that they forgot to charge me $31.00 for my records. I stated I only requested my lab reports. I was told to return the records. I mailed them back to them. and then I received another call and was told they hadn't received the records. They were indeed going to bill me. Not only incompetent but petty as all get out!

Dr. Glaun is a highly skilled, compassionate and caring physician. He openly discusses any problem and together you decide on a plan of action. He only removes what is absolutely necessary and follows up on anything suspicious. His nurses are wonderful and very helpful giving exact instructions when needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Glaun to any of my friends and family. In fact, I already have.

My husband and I have always found Dr. Glaun very very thorough. He has carefully taken care of us for quite a few years. The office too is clean and the staff very responsive and pleasant.

Dr. Glaun is very professional, kind, and intelligent. He always takes his time with me and answers all my questions, never rushes out of the room. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience this office visit was, from very first phone call thru the minor procedure done by Dr.Glaun, assisted by his lovely nurse Savannah. Both kind and gentle, explained each step involved including printed instructions to take home. My healing time has been great, better than expected even. I would so very much recommend this office to any friend or relative. Thank you all.
