longest wait ever!
almost 3 HOURS in the waiting room bc he overbooks & double books, which is a sign of a greedy doctor. not professional at all. when u call to make the appt, they neglect 2 tell u 2 park in the back by the entrance, instead of all the way in the front, which is nowhere near their office. never again.

My Rheumy..
I have been with Dr. York for many years now. He is knowledgeable, insightful, and very caring of his patients. He crosses all T's and dots all I's when it comes to your health. He gives it to you straight, whether you want to hear it or not. We may not always see eye to eye, but I am sure he has my best interest at heart!

I would not recommend him to friends or family. He is really not focused on patient care, I don't know what motivates him but practicing medicine isn't it. He doesn't listen to me, I don't think he really cares, probably in medicine for the money. He is very rigid and inflexible, when I complained about not being able to reach him by phone, his reaction was: "...yeah your right... too bad for you."

He's kind and knowledgeable and makes me feel heard. I've dealt with many rheumatologists in my life and he's my favorite and is helping me a lot.

Very uninterested in taking me on as a patient. Did not want to help me and said there was nothing he could do to help me. As a provider he is not practicing in the best interest of the patient. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I haven't seen him yet. My Dr. made an appointment for me with him and now I will have him cancel it. I wanted to change because Dr. Iiylls Benchelle was just like this Dr. I in the reviews. What the heck. It's11pm right now. I will call on the morning to have him cancel it. I am not going to go through the same thing all over again. I am so glad I look up the reviews on this Dr. He has the same negative reviews on other sites I looked at.

This was my first time seeing Dr. York and it will be my last! The receptionist was pleasant and courteous and the clinic was clean and quiet. Dr. York, on the other hand, was short in his responses when I asked him questions or he did not answer my questions correctly. When he did answer, he was dismissive . I was very disappointed in him. I would not recommend him.

Patient in MI – Jul 28, 2018

This a.m. I had a new patient app't at 9:45am with Dr. York. He kept me waiting almost an hour. Once in the room, Dr. was preoccupied and alarmed that his laptop computer was frozen, and he cut me off when I was answering his question, 'what brings you in today?' Apparently the entire WSU system went down. He explained that I had two options: reschedule, or have a very limited appointment with me. Really? You can't treat a patient without your laptop? I do not have confidence in this dr.
