Dr. Gilbert helped me overcome a life long insomnia problem that was becoming severe. With cognitive behaviour therapy my brain learned how to become sleepy at night without medicine. Also very helpful was that he removed my dysfunctional beliefs about sleep. My sleep continues to improve and I'm thankful to have been a patient of Dr. Gilbert.

After suffering from chronic insomnia for over 15 years Dr. Gilbert, at Scottsdale Insomnia and Sleep Medicine, has me now sleeping through the night. After only a handful of informative appointments, Dr. Gilbert gave me a comprehensive understanding of what insomnia is as well as the tools to combat it. I will be forever grateful to him, the ability to sleep through the night has been life changing!
