Totally unacceptable treatment and lack of urgency shown by both Dr Krienke and staff. Dr Krienke did not once call me in or call to discuss my exam results nor prescribed any medication during my initial visit in which I was in pain due to a labral tear on my shoulder. MRI was conducted 4/19/2018 and MRI results were sent into the office of Dr Krienke the very next morning on 4/20/2018. I did not hear back from Dr Krienke's office until Tuesday 4/24/2019 despite 8 phone calls asking feedback
