Dr. Russell Means, MD

Horrible experince worst e.r. Doctor I ever had. Was not concerened at all…was upset that i woke him up from his sleep… did not even look at my foot,did not listen to my concerns and was very arrogant. I actually walked out because of his attitude he called me back after looking at my records and was concered because of my heartattack and stroke and told me if the foot or toe is broken it could lead to worse problems if i dont come back and x-ray. After I went back he told me that he was upset because I woke him up and that he is there for actual emergency’s.

Dr. Russell Means was very rude to me. Horrible bedside manners. Judged me instead of actually caring and evaluating me as a patient.Dr. Russell Means and his staff treated me horribly. Dr. Russell Means did not care about me or my health. He was only concerned with the fact that I woke him and his staff up from sleeping on the night shift at the emergency department. It was so inhumane the way I was treated.
