Worst Physician I’ve had in 55 years
Based on my experience, Dr Roberts is a very uncaring physician and only provides the bare minimum care for his patients. I’m confident that if he was employed outside of the Veterans Administration he would either be fired or have a failed practice. During my 35 year career as an active duty service member, I was assigned to MANY different doctors. My spouse was also active duty, so I continued receiving care from the military (as a a dependent) until she retired; as well as seeing both VA and non-VA doctors. Dr Roberts is by far the worst provider I’ve had in all those years. My previous VA providers were located in a different state and fell under a different VA Regional Hospital. I’ve been with the Phoenix VA for just over a year now. During that time I’ve tried (unsuccessfully) to receive the same treatment plan that the previous VA providers/facilities provided. He is uncooperative and too lazy to complete the necessary paperwork for the specialized care plan that I require.
