I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Rowan seeking medical advice regarding ankle and foot medical issues. Dr Rowan was extremely patient while listening to all my complaints He did not seem in a hurry and spent time with me to discus my issues. He is very caring and was sympathetic about my issues. I highly recommend him for foot issues. Office staff was also very nice and Randy Williams is the best!

He said I did not have a bone spur. Put me in a boot for Achilles heel. After 10 days called back due to swelling. No returned call. Called again 24 hours later. Had to take the boot off because I could not get anyone to return my call. Returned my call 1 week later. I told them to cancel my follow up appointment I would not be back. By then I had called another dr. After that orthopedic appointment I found out I did have an Achilles heel but also a bone spur. The boot was wrong and I had to pay $35 for the boot after I was told insurance covered it. I had read good reviews, but my experience was not good at all.

I have had Dr. Rowan treat my feet for rheumatoid arthritis for many years. He is a wonderful surgeon and a kind, honest & compassionate man. He has saved my feet through careful surgery, and I am completely grateful to him. His staff are extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. In summary, I cannot think of one negative comment to make about Dr. Rowan or his practice.
