HORRIBLE!!!
Dr. Tynes billing person has no idea what she is doing. Same procedure we have had done in his office several times before, this last time she has billed us incorrectly, we have TRICARE, they know she has billed incorrectly, she refuses to call them and find out what she has done wrong. She is rude, terrible customer service. Stay away!

Dr. Tynes is one of the greatest physicians I have ever known. He is kind, considerate, and funny. I wouldn't want any other doctor to be my PCP!

First of all, I'm very skeptical when it comes to male doctors. It just comes from years of horrible male doctors. My OB-GYN Dr. Vanderloos who is amazing by the way referred me to Dr. Tynes. He is so thourough and patient when it comes to explaining what's going on with your health. He allows you to ask questions and his answers are solid. I'm so glad she recommended him

I have been incredibly blessed to have Dr. Tynes as my internist for almost 30 years. He always listens to my concerns, patiently answers my list of questions and explains things very well. He is very knowledgeable about anything I ask him. He also is excellent at prescribing just the right medicines to heal and keep his patients healthy. The best staff as well!

I totally agree with the others who posted a review here. Dr Tynes does not rush through an appointment. My first visit with Dr Tynes lasted almost 2 hours! He reviewed my medical history thoroughly. We discussed my health concerns and he answered all my questions. A coworker recommended Dr Tynes after my former doctor moved away. He is with no doubt the best doctor i have ever had. A very smart man.

The most caring doctor I have ever know, very thorough and takes time with each patient , never in a rush! His staff makes you feel very comfortable.

Best doctor ever! Very, VERY thorough. Does not rush you, asks lots of questions, answers all questions. He is kind and truly concerned about your health. Keeps specific records regarding your entire medical history, including any new procedures or medical issues as they come up. Monitors all medication and possible side effects, including prescriptions written by other physicians. Staff is excellent, friendly, helpful, & goes out of their way to assist in issues they can take handle for you.
