Office is beautiful, staff is so nice, and Dr Van Norman is very professional. Parking was easy and although there were other patients in the office, we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I enjoyed the coffee in the waiting room. We got our prescription and contacts easily and were on our merry way. Definitely recommend Dr. Van Norman as an Ophthalmologist!

new patient appointment, Dr Ashely Sipes referral. Dr. Van Norman asked what meds I take, he asked why for each one. I thought this was very inappropriate and none of his business as this did not effect my eye problem. After exam, he then proceeded to tell me that "depression hurts" and this could be source of my problem. I was also told, "I have better things to do than knock on ophthalmologists doors. left appointment early bc I was so upset. Worst physician experience-so unprofessional
