Dr. Cook prescribed IV Toradol and Bactrim DS to my Father at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton, LA. My father had Stage 4 CKD. My father is very elderly and HOH and depends on family for help with his meds. Unfortunately due to Covid 19, we could not be with him in the ER. As any medical person should know, my father should have never received those 2 meds due to his kidney function!!!!! As a result, Kia kidney function as worsened!!!!
