Teledoc visit was great
Telehealth
Dr. Reeves was thorough in her diagnose and super quick to my teledoc request. She also sounded really comforting if that makes sense; like I wanted her to read a bedtime story to me, Ha! I have some meds to pick up and appreciate the care.

Our phone call was disconnected during the call and Dr. Reeves immediately called me back. She quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed a medication to help clear it up. My appointment was through Teladoc.

Very helpful!
Telehealth
Dr. Reeves was super kind and very professional. I had a Teladoc video call with her and she was great! Don’t listen to the reviews about antibiotics . I got them, and I needed them , but no good Doctor is going to prescribe antibiotics unless they are pretty sure it is needed . Telehealth has limitations, but she was very helpful!

Again against antibiotics
Son had a 103F fever, has been in a classroom where 3 other kids tested positive for strep, has a history of febrile seizures, and she said I needed to take him into a local clinic, she would not write the script for antibiotics. She then went into lecture mode about the limitations of telemedicine, which is hilarious because she basically admitted she can’t treat many of the things Teladoc says you can call for. No prescription written, son sees 2 doctors today I guess, and the second one ran a strep test and guess what…..it’s strep.

This was a complete waste of time. I was sick and got a lecture about antibiotics. If she wants to rid the world of the antibiotic epidemic as she sees it, I think the doc should start with the poultry industry and work her way down to sick people. Good luck saving a world where you only leave miserably sick people to enjoy it....doctor.

Took my 3 year old to urgent care and she refused to do a hands on assessment because my daughter started crying when she came in the room. She then proceeded to try and lecture my husband and I how if we allow my daughter to get upset whenever she sees a doctor she will have problems when she’s an adult. Weird thing is she never cries with her pediatrician.

Dr. Reeves told me my granddaughter had a severe case of pneumonia and it was deteriorating her lungs. She said I needed to get her to the ER and they would admit her and get her on iv and try to help her recover. The ER doctor said it's a very mild textbook case and could be treated with antibiotics. He also said he would recommend never seeing that doctor again. He said that if the child were as bad as what the doctor said she would be on a ventilator not running around.
