Very Good
I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I am not a fan of any dental procedures. Dr. Borgwardt made me feel very comfortable and did not make me feel that my anxiety was out of place or unwanted. He was very reassuring and that put me at ease. I would recommend him to any nervous or hesitant patient.

Excellent! I had a molar and a wisdom tooth extracted today and everything went very, very well. Dr. Borgwardt has a very good manner about him when explaining how things are going to go. I am 66 years old and still had the wisdom tooth in question...those can be tricky depending on how old you are. I am glad I went to Dr. Borgwardt!

I took my 90 year old mother to Dr. Borgwardt to have a tooth pulled. He was very considerate, professional, friendly and gentle. He put my mother at ease throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Borgwardt.

Dr. Borgwardt's office was very friendly, professional and accommodating in getting my 93 year old dad an emergency appointment for a sudden toothache. I would definitely recommend this office, but do note...they have moved from Canterbury to Fisher Rd.

Dr. Borgwardt is beyond amazing at what he does. I am completely terrified of needles and anything doctor related. He completely calmed my fears and made every procedure done super easy and pain free. He removed my wisdom teeth as well as performing 3 jaw procedures. I had nothing but good experiences! Highly recommend him!

Needed a very very painful tooth pulled. They didn’t have an opening so they told my dentist just to send me and they would fit me in. I have been sitting here for going on FIVE hours. When I asked the very rude front desk girl how much longer, with a MOUTH FULL OF FOOD say “I’m not sure.” She did not get up and check. She didn’t ask anybody any questions. Just sent me back to my chair. I heard the dentist is amazing but the front desk staff has totally ruined it for me. I don’t recommend.

Horrible experience with an upper molar extraction two years ago. He refused to answer my questions, just stated "How about you let me worry about that". I ended up at the U of IA with sinus issues from the sloppy unprofessional extraction. Office staff was also rude.

What are you waiting for? I've been a patient of Dr. Borgwart's since 2014. He's Very efficient, explains until I'm out of questions! Staff is pleasant & easily adapts to my schedule if it changes. I've been dealing with removal of bone fragments-not fun, however, he and his staff put me at Ease. Call Them!!

I went for a consult about getting my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago and he explained the procedure, how long it would take etc and asked if I had any questions. I then went back and had my wisdom teeth removed today and it went so smoothly! I couldn’t of asked for a better experience with Dr. Borgwardt and the staff. Can’t thank them enough for a making a stressful situation so quick and easy. It was my first time using IV sedation so I was a little concerned but it went great

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out last year by Dr. Borgwordt. She was terrified and ended up starting to cry. He was wonderful with her! Dr. Borgwordt held her hand while she got her meds and calmed down. I also got to stay with her until she calmed down.

My daughter had an appointment with this provider and he told her he wanted $9,000.00 up front for her oral surgery. But she will die from her infection probably within the year if she doesn't have this surgery. The medical insurance said they would pay for this surgery if this office would do certain things. But this office said no they won't do them! I'm assuming they want the cash upfront. But what they don't realize is that my daughter and her husband do not have that kind of money.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today. We waited in the waiting room 35 min, once called back we waited another 35+ minutes. Nurses kept coming in and out of the room getting items for something else. They didn't speak to us at all, this happened at least 4 times. The entire procedure took less than 10 min. I went back she was upset crying, & stated she couldn't see. She asked if she could see her teeth, nurse said they were already gone. Once done we were RUSHED out, all about the $$$$

Dr. Borgwardt was a bit intimidating at first (he apparently works out) so I was nervous on how gentle he would be while performing surgery, but what a shocker! He was not only gentle (I wasn't sore afterwards at all), but he was extremely friendly and patient with answering all my questions. Since my initial visit I have even taken my daughter to see him and he was able to calm her fears and make her actual enjoy her visit. I cannot put into words how our family appreciates Dr. Borgwardt.
