Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Didn't seem overly concerned,Got no answers for what could be possibly causing my sudden severe headaches. Doesn't respond to messages in patient portal.

It seemed like he didn’t want to take the time to hear what I had to say. I left both appointments with him angry and frustrated. I didn’t feel heard and felt like he was just pushing medication on me before trying anything else or even asking if I wanted to try something else. He ignored my worries about medication he was trying to prescribe me and the medication then made me feel ill like I knew it would. On my own I started magnesium (he did not mention taking magnesium) which helped my headaches more than any medication he prescribed me, but with no negative side effects or expensive co-pays. His office was also full of weight loss drug ads which made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to see a headache specialist, not someone who does weight loss. So now I will be finding a new neurologist and not returning to dent.

overwhelmed with paperwork and appointments. Too much for me to handle. I am now living with the pain.
